Important information about your data

Dear Clients,

We want to share an update about a recent issue with our system.

Our database was temporarily corrupted. In most cases, your pet’s records are still intact. The exception is for visits between March 21, 2026 and April 6, 2026, where some information may be missing or incomplete. Because of this:

  • Some medical and appointment reminders may be inaccurate or delayed
  • Some medical information from these visits may be missing from our system
  • You may be asked a few extra questions at your next visit to help us confirm details

If your pet was seen between March 21, 2026 and April 6, 2026, please contact us at (303) 442-6262 or info@bouldervet.com. Otherwise, our team may reach out to you directly.

Please note that there was no breach of your data. Rather, our records were temporarily corrupted, resulting in Boulder Veterinary Hospital’s need to rely upon backup data, which may not be up-to-date in all cases. If you have any concerns or would like to review your information, please reach out to us at (303) 442-6262 or info@bouldervet.com.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to ensure your pet’s records are complete and accurate.
